Great to have you checking out the FAQs. I am trying to answer all your question but please keep in mind that this page is constantly evolving, so don't hesitate to ask me on the contact page, if you can't find an answer to your question.
The OrangeBrown FAQ page provides information about shipping times, tech specs of materials and fabrics used (X Pac fabrics, Challenge ULTRA fabrics, Dyneema Composite Fabrics - DCF), backpack volumes, etc.

Product availability
When this banner appears I am out and about, most likely hiking and testing gear. You can still browse the store and check out the products, but you won’t be able to add items to the shopping cart. If you’d like to be notified of my return, send me an email and I will be in touch when the store re-opens.
Warranty
OrangeBrown (OB) products are guaranteed for one year, including workmanship and materials. Most OB products are made from lightweight materials, which may not be able to withstand all conditions and situations they are exposed to, and should be treated with due care. The OB warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents and failure due to modifications. However, if there is a problem with your gear we might be able to repair it.If something unforeseen happens to your OB product please get in touch so that we can work out a solution, before sending the product back. We want you to enjoy our product and be happy with it.
OrangeBrown products are made from quality materials. I am using mostly X-Pac fabrics from Dimension Polyant, Challenge ULTRA and DCF Dyneema Composite Fabrics.
The volume is based on the pack measurements (length x width x depth) with the roll top closed and rolled over at least twice.
Most of the materias we are using for our products are waterproof. Seams are not waterproof due to the sewing needle punching tiny holes into the fabric when putting the panels together. For packs I recommend using a waterproof liner and for silnylon tarps/tents seam sealing is recommended.
Yes, a BearVault 500 canister fits vertically in the OB 45 pack (I’d suggest placing a sleeping pad or clothing between your back and the canister to make it more comfortable). Alternatively, the canister can be strapped to the top of the pack with the adjustable Y-shaped webbing closure, which is designed to hold items more securely than a single strap.
